Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The card goes straight into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already on their phone. They scan a QR once and it is there for good.
Do I need a new till or any hardware?
No. Your staff scan from the phone they already carry. Kardly runs standalone, or alongside your existing till.
How long does setup take?
Most shops are live the same afternoon. Describe your business, adjust the design, print the QR. That is the whole setup.
Can I bring over my existing customers?
Yes. Send them a link by email or SMS, or put the QR on the counter and let them enrol themselves as they come in.
What happens when the 14 days are up?
You pick a plan, or you stop. We do not ask for a card to start, so nothing charges by surprise.
Can I run several shops on one account?
Yes. Growth and Scale cover several locations, with staff accounts per shop and one programme across all of them.
What do you do with my customers' data?
It stays yours. We collect what the card needs to work, we never sell it, and you can export or delete it whenever you want.
